Michael Youngs, Esq. worked as a Private Attorney in Personal Injury cases and a State Prosecutor in the early part of his career. Thereafter, he was an FBI Special Agent-Attorney for 25 years and then re-entered private practice aggressively working accident cases. He has handled numerous personal injury accident cases in his career and upon request can demonstrate the results for you. Based on his international FBI assignments, he is familiar with investigators worldwide that investigate foreign airplane, boat and other accident cases as well as Toxic Tort cases for our firm. Many clients are injured in foreign countries at international hotel facilities making them responsible in many accident or lack of proper security cases leading to the injuries involved. Attorney Youngs speaks both Spanish and Portuguese fluently and is familiar with the workings of legal issues and the special problems involved in pursuing accident cases which have occurred in foreign countries especially in Central/South America or the Caribbean.
Michael Youngs has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1990 and is also admitted to practice law in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C. and the U.S. District Courts in Puerto Rico and Florida.
Originally from Colorado, Attorney Michael Youngs is a graduate of the University of Colorado where he earned a BA Degree in English. He also attended the University of Denver Law School where he graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree in 1975.
